At Cynergy Composites, R&D isn’t a department it’s built into everything we do.

We work closely with Westlake Epoxy (formerly Hexion) on advanced tooling and process development for OEM automotive.

This includes:

  • Pre-production approval parts (PPAP)

  • Prototype tooling

  • Low-volume infusion trials

  • Lab-coupon validation parts

Every piece we build is designed for repeatability, precision, and efficiency in real-world production.
